- Premium: $202.90/month (standard)
- Deductible: $283 per year
- Coinsurance: 20% for most services
- IRMAA: Additional premium if income > $106,000 (single)
Important Enrollment Periods
- Initial Enrollment Period: 3 months before, birthday month, 3 months after turning 65
- Annual Enrollment Period (AEP): Oct 15 – Dec 7
- Open Enrollment Period: Jan 1 – Mar 31 (MA plans only)
